Approve it or ask for changes right from that email. If we don't hear back in 3 days, we'll send a reminder, and if it's still quiet after 7 days, we go ahead and make it just like the mock-up shows. Once it's approved, your order goes into our production queue to be made.

Sold individually, so order the exact colors you want
Each tag is priced and sold on its own, and every color and size is tracked separately in our inventory. Please add each color to your cart as its own item, in the quantity you need. Want 20 yellow tags and 5 orange? Add 20 yellow, then add 5 orange. A note asking us to switch a color can't change what's pulled from inventory, and it can hold up your order while we sort it out.

Timing and shipping
Laser engraved orders ship in 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how quickly you approve your mock-up and the size of your order. Most orders ship with insurance, so if a package is lost or arrives damaged, send us photos and we'll file the claim.
