How it works
After you order, we email you a mock-up to look over. You have 3 days to approve it or ask for changes. Once it's approved, your order goes into our production queue to be made.
Timing and shipping
Engraved journals and note pads ship in 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how quickly you approve your mock-up and the size of your order. We ship by USPS Ground Advantage with insurance, and most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. You'll get tracking by email, and you can check your order anytime with our Order Lookup. We ship within the United States only.
If something goes wrong in transit
Once your package is with USPS, delivery is in their hands, but you won't be left to sort it out alone. Most orders ship with insurance, so if a package is lost or arrives damaged, send us photos and we'll file the claim. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
