Good to know
- Sizes and styles: 2" small with your brand ($18), or 4" large with your brand, a steer head, or both ($24). On the large clip, the brand goes toward the bottom.
- Clip color: brown or black.
- 5 hide colors: white, salt and pepper, brindle, beige, and speckled brown and white. Every hide is different, so the exact coloring and pattern on yours will vary.
- Brands and logos need a digitized file drawn in design software. Don't have one? See Digitize Your Brand. Photos of brands on hats, clothing, or animals won't work.
How to order
- Choose your size and style.
- Choose your clip color and hide color.
- Upload your brand.
- In the Personalization Requests box, add anything else we should know.
- Set the quantity and add to cart, then repeat for each additional style or color.
How it works
After you order, we email you a mock-up to look over. Approve it or ask for changes right from that email. If we don't hear back in 3 days, we'll send a reminder, and if it's still quiet after 7 days, we go ahead and make it just like the mock-up shows. Once it's approved, your order goes into our production queue to be made.
Order the exact colors you want
Each item is priced and sold on its own, and every color and size is tracked separately in our inventory. Please add each color to your cart as its own item, in the quantity you need. Want one brindle and one white? Add each one as its own item. A note asking us to switch a color can't change what's pulled from inventory, and it can hold up your order while we sort it out.
Timing and shipping
Branded hair claws ship in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how quickly you approve your mock-up. We ship by USPS Ground Advantage with insurance, and most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. You'll get tracking by email, and you can check your order anytime with our Order Lookup. Need it sooner? Message us before you order and we'll let you know what's possible. We ship within the United States only.
If something goes wrong in transit
Once your package is with USPS, delivery is in their hands, but you won't be left to sort it out alone. Most orders ship with insurance, so if a package is lost or arrives damaged, send us photos and we'll file the claim. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
