We're grateful for our years on Etsy and every customer it brought us. But Etsy's rules kept getting in the way of taking care of you after the sale:

• We couldn't sell extra back buttons, taggers or tagger pins there.
• When you broke a button or lost a tagger pin, we weren't allowed to point you to where you could get another one, even from us.
• Helping with tagging questions, fixes and reorders after your order arrived was hard to do through Etsy messages.

Here, we can help you from the first mock-up all the way to tagging day, and every reorder after that.

If you've ordered from us on Etsy before, we kept your design. You don't have to start over or re-upload your brand.

When you order here, choose Reorder in the "New design or reorder?" question on the listing, then enter your Etsy order number (or the name the Etsy order was under) and any new numbers or names. We'll pull your old design and send a mock-up before anything gets engraved. Don't see the Reorder option on a listing? Put the same details in the order notes.
